Jan Schmidtchen is a self taught photographer from Santa Barbara, California, traveling throughout the year capturing stories that he hopes will inspire humans to consider their connection with nature. At the moment Jan is mostly photographing landscapes and wildlife photography while consistently learning about newer types and styles of photography.
